Job Description & Requirements
Key Goal:
Responsible for performing quality inspections, documenting results, assist in corrective actions, prepare for audits, and aid in the training of new technicians.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Interacting with customers and dealing with their queries and complaints appropriately
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction experience to client
- Attend monthly clients meeting where required
Day to Day Operations Management
- Conduct QC inspection at clients’ properties.
- Conduct Survey request from Sales Department.
- Monthly report submission to client
- Manage Technician’s performance via Scorecard
- Assist with identification of pest specimens
- Assist Operations Department on repetitive pest issues at client property
Mentoring & Department Management
- Mentor and develop Workers/Technicians/Supervisors and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement, empowerment and knowledge
- Advise Operations team on issues that require their immediate attention
Reporting & Analytics
- Provide QC Audit reports to client on a timely manner (pictorial reports)
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and surveys to Clients and or Sales Department.
- Prepare Monthly Analytics reports
Ad-Hoc / Project Work
- Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- Assist with ensuring international best practices are implemented.
- Champion new processes, software and other infrastructure changes to improve internal practices and the customer experience
Academic Education & Knowledge Requirements
- Tertiary education or equivalent
- ITE-NEA Pest Management Course
- Work-at-Height, Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) (advantageous)
- Mirkan Application, IPM Square / Other Technology (advantageous)
- Advanced knowledge in pest control practices, chemicals, equipment and pest biology (advantageous)
- Working knowledge of regulatory and quality system requirements (including Risk Assessments, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45000)
Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in pest control industry.
- Minimum 2 year of driving experience/ driver’s license
Skills Requirements
- Well verse in pest management process and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Microsoft SharePoint, ClickUp, Jira, etc
- Report writing skills in English and required speaking skills in English.
- Problem solving and people management skills
- Proactive and high attention to detail
