Job Description:
1. Carry out servicing and maintenance works for M&E equipment and ensure works are carried out accordingly to drawings, specifications and method statement.
2. Carry out repair and parts replacement works on M&E system including troubleshooting to resolve M&E faults.
3. Provide supervision to technicians to ensure works are carried out correctly and timely.
4. Plan, prepare, and manage preventive maintenance schedule to ensure works are completed on time.
5. Ensure all works carried out safely and in compliance to ISO and safety procedures.
6. Attend joint inspections with clients, SO rep, etc.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant experience in installation and/or maintenance of electrical systems.
- Diploma or Higher NITEC on Electrical/Mechanical or relevant Engineering Discipline
- Goal oriented and organized leadership to lead a team of technicians
- Good planning skills and able to work independently and as a team.
- Class 3 driving license is required.
