Essential Responsibilities
Machinery Operation:
Execute manufacturing processes according to established procedures and guidelines.
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products.
Operation Monitoring and Inventory Handling:
Prepare raw materials for production processes.
Handle and monitor inventory levels effectively.
Conduct visual quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
Update daily downtime records and monitor yield for process optimization.
Documentation
Maintain accurate records of production activities and all job duties.
Ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Skills and Competencies Profile
Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
1 to 2 years related working experience in semiconductor industry is preferred.
Prior experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or related roles is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
Strong communication skills for reporting and collaborating with colleagues.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning machine technologies and procedures.
Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information
This will be a 2-year contract position.
Willing to work in 12-hour rotating shift (4 working day/3 rest day/3 working day/4 rest day).
Able to work in a cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary.
