As a Crew Member of our co-working space, you will be the welcoming face of our community, providing exceptional customer service to members, guests, and visitors.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all individuals entering our space. In addition to managing the reception area, you will assist in administrative tasks and support various operational aspects of the co-working environment.
Membership Support
- Greet members, guests, and visitors upon arrival, providing a hospitable and professional atmosphere.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, directing them to the appropriate resources or individuals.
- Register new members and provide orientation to the co-working space facilities and amenities.
- Serve as the point of contact for member inquiries, requests, and concerns, delivering timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist members with booking meeting rooms and accessing additional services offered within the co-working space.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and handling incoming and outgoing communications via emails and phone calls to support the efficient operation of the co-working space.
- Coordinate mail and package handling, ensuring accurate distribution to members.
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including the reception and pantry area and shared workspaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or facility concerns to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.
Corporate Services Support
You will play a crucial role in facilitating the immigration and employment process for foreign employees in Singapore. Your responsibility will involve managing the end-to-end process of work pass applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing administrative support to stakeholders involved in the process.
- Coordinate and manage the submission of work pass applications mainly Employment Pass (EP) and S Pass through the relevant government portals.
- Work with HR departments and hiring managers to gather necessary information and documentation for work pass applications, offering support and guidance as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of application documents, verifying supporting documentation and information provided by applicants and employers.
- Stay updated on changes to immigration policies, regulations, and procedures related to work pass applications in Singapore and ensure adherence to statutory requirements and guidelines set forth by government authorities throughout the application process.
- Liaise with government agencies to follow up on application status and resolve any queries or issues that may arise.
- Maintain comprehensive records of work pass applications, including documentation of application statuses, approvals, rejections, and renewal processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, employers, foreign employees, and internal stakeholders regarding work pass application matters.
- Provide timely updates and guidance to applicants and employers on application progress, requirements, and next steps.
