Building Facilities Technician/Engineer
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7.45 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.
Tuesday to Saturday: 7.45 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.
Changing rotating every 2 week
- Location: Tuas Ave
- Salary: $2000-$2500 + quarterly bonus depends on company and individual performance
Requirement:
- NITEC/HIGHER NITEC/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering/ Facility Management
- 1 to 3 years of experience in building/ facilities servicing and maintenance
Job Scope:
- Conduct routine building, utility and facility maintenance work.
- Coordinate the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting for utility equipment. (Boiler, compressor, chiller, dryer, cooling tower, air conditioner)
- Liaise with PE for utility equipment servicing and overhaul
- Coordinate audit for the routine checking for building and facility.
