Description:
- Perform full set account
- Perform GST / AP/ AR / IR21 / ECI
- Submit invoice / progress claim
- Cash flow projection
- Monitor and assist on audit report withe neccesary documents
- Perform for monthly bank reconciliation and Statement Of Accounts (SOA) preparation
- Assist to ensure proper accounting records are maintained and procedures are adhered to
- Monitor and update outstanding payments, billing, collections, and recoveries
- Ensure that vendor invoices and business invoices are posted accurately into the accounting system
- Application for new workers / renewal
- Perform any other ad-hoc/administrative/HR roles
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Others or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Must familiar with Quickbook software / Microsoft Office / Excel / Powerpoint
- Preferably candidates with construction experience
- Must be a team player with strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills
