This position reports to the Director for continual skills set and technical information upgrading. Provide professional services to clients and assist in company expansion. Establish and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction & manage overall sales operations.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Identifying and researching potential business opportunities.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
3. Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the business.
4. Negotiating contracts and agreements.
5. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
6. Collaborating internally to develop tailored solutions for clients.
7. Presenting proposals and reports to director.
