- Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Handle full spectrum of HR operations and administration processes
- Responsible for payroll processing; assist in Employee Claims and Leaves matter
- Roster Management for Employees
- Manage claims and invoices
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
- Manage Foreign Worker Related Matter (e.g.: Work Pass Applications/Renewal/Cancellations)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirement :
- Min Diploma / Degree in any course
- Min 2 to 3 years of HR experience
- Min 1 year of Experience in healthcare industry
