Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of waste metal processing and metal fabrication.
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of metal materials.
- Enforce all workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Regularly inspect equipment and work areas to maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in scheduling and oversee the efficiency of operations to meet productivity targets.
- Handle operational issues and troubleshoot as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working in environments that may involve exposure to dust, rust, and scrap metal.
- Prior experience in metal handling or metal fabrication related field is preferred.
- Must be capable of standing for extended periods and handling physically demanding tasks.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
