Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage the team of technicians in conducting all debugging tasks for server and racks products.
- In-charge of performing a test, examine and troubleshooting on product failures.
- Collaborate with the HQ and customers for improvement.
- Determine the fundamental cause of the failure and identify the components or failure modes.
- Takes part with the kaizen tasks and conducts training over W/I to technicians.
- Create and update the work instruction if necessary.
- Assist with mass-run production and the NPI Process.
- Attend the ISO related activities such as maintenance and implementation.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any related Engineering field.
- Min 2-4 years related working experience in Server, Rack, Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledgeable with Linux, programming and debugging.
- Excellent understanding of test and debugging methods & concepts.
