Responsibilities:
- Administer routine data entry and monitor project progress, etc.
- Oversee project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are completed within specified deadlines.
- Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
- Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and work with the Engineering Planning team to enhance performance.
- Prepare and submit documentation required for project execution.
- Respond to inquiries, participate in site meetings, and address complaints related to ongoing projects.
- Review and process billing submissions promptly.
- Monitor project budgets to ensure financial compliance.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- With Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Competent skills with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
