Main responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of the ASEA E-Commerce Market Share Growth & P&L.

Responsible for the profitable delivery of the CHC ASEA eCommerce Market Share and P&L targets.

Actively role model the Play to Win attitudes across the organization.


Major areas of responsibility include:

Lead the execution of the online RTM/ GTM Model including but not limited to: distributor selection and management, delivery and executional standards following the ACES (Assortment, Content, Experience, Search) principles.

Drive improved online execution standards across the ASEA region following the ACES principles.

Delivery of a channel and customer segmentation within the E-Commerce space.

Ensure our RTM model is efficient and relevant for the channel, whether or not it is through traditional distribution models or B2B E-Commerce platforms.


Lead the selection and consolidation process of our key distributor partners across the ASEA E-Commerce space.

Manage the top to top relationship with our key cross geography E-Commerce distributor partners across the ASEA region.

Ensure all relevant SKU’s are fully distributed across all E-commerce channels/ retailers.

Ensure all of the above is done in line with Sanofi CHC Commercial Policy and Compliance guidelines.

Ensure E-Commerce as a channel is fully embedded into the ways of working of the sales and trade marketing organizations.

Raise awareness of strategic E-Commerce opportunities (current and emerging) throughout the Commercial community at a country and zone level to ensure it receives the necessary attention and focus both in terms of time spent but also investment and resourcing.

Move the E-Commerce channel away from having dedicated personnel to being a fully integrated channel in the IBP process.


Ensure E-Commerce P&L’s are available in all countries.

E-Commerce to be included in all Business reviews and WwP reviews to ensure the necessary visibility and focus is made available to the organization.

Continue to drive the channel into core commercial programs such as Race to Zero, Perfect Store (online), Perfect Season and Win the Recommendation.

Channel specific Pricing and GtN reviews to be in place.


Build a cross geography E-Commerce toolbox to enable BiC Share and reapply across the channel to enable speed of operation.

Drive share and reapply of BiC online activations across the ASEA Zone.

Work with the Zone & Region Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure access and support of the global E-Content library.

Work with the Zone & Region Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure ASEA has access to the latest and best E-Content and learnings.


Identify new channel opportunities in the E-Commerce, Last Mile delivery, Direct to Consumer Space (including CBEC ex China)

Identify and activate new customers/ distribution opportunities across the ASEA E-Commerce Space.

Review all New Channel opportunities for the region such as Last Mile Delivery or Direct to Consumer.

Ensure all of the above is done in line with Sanofi CHC Commercial Policy and Compliance guidelines.


Build E-Commerce capability across the sales and trade marketing organisation to ensure everyone has the skill set required to activate effectively in the channel.

Build E-Commerce capability throughout the organisation to ensure we do not build a silo culture of E-Commerce vs traditional sales.

Build E-Commerce capability to ensure that we have a BiC ECommerce focussed organisation that understands the necessary activities and standards required to win in the channel.

Roll out all necessary training across the ASEA CHC region for E-Commerce in conjunction with the global commercial and marketing teams.


About you Experience: .

Ideally, someone with relevant experience in Ecommerce roles or in similar professional environments with FMCG experience a plus Experience in pharma, life sciences or consumer goods industry is a plus


Education:

University Degree or equivalent, Filed of Study Marketing or Digital Marketing
