Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate sustainability goals, guiding decision-making aligned with financial and sustainability objectives.
- Implement efficient reporting systems to meet key performance indicators.
- Oversee sustainability communications and continual development of educational resources.
- Manage documentation and quarterly policy reviews on sustainability
- Manage corporate sustainability goals and metrics, conducting audits to generate reports.
- Direct effective estate and facilities management, monitor vendors, renovation planning, and stakeholder engagement in space management and projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in estate management and sustainability.
- Familiar with BCA Green Mark, SS564 Green Data Centre, ISO14001 Environment Management System.
