Qualified Accountant
Minimum 5 years at managerial level
Reports to CEO / ED
Able to handle full set of accounts
Responsibilities include:
- MAS Quarterly/Annual regulatory Reporting
- MAS Surveys/Questionnaires
- Housekeeping of Own Investment
- Housekeeping of Funds' Management Shares
- Budgeting
- Cash Management
- Statutory and Internal Audits
- ISAE 3402 Audit
- Co-ordinating for Transfer Pricing Review
- Co-ordingating Tax Audit Reporting
- Maintaining Limits and Authority
- Corporate Secretariat functions
- Housekeeping of Contracts/Agreements
- Board Resolutions
- AGM and ACRA reporting, maintenance of ACRA records
- Maintaining List of Counterparties, including Introducers and Distributors
- Computation/Disbursement of Distributor/Introducer fees
- Computation and Collection of Management Fee
- Support to Operations as required occasionally, e.g. Trade Settlement
