Responsibilities:
- Grow our Personal Care business in South East Asia
- Plan and lead account activities including defense of existing business and pursuing new opportunities, in close collaboration with development teams
- Manage project pipeline, prioritizing resource and anticipating and preparing for future opportunities
- Pricing & Margin Management
- Follow up on client's projects and submissions
- Drive customer intimacy and strategic engagement with the Client’s Brand teams and Perfume Managers at the client’s end
- Help develop the annual account Plan with annual sales budget and goals for the category
- Monitor competitor activity and provide strategic input to clients overall Marketing plans
Requirements:
- University degree in any area of study
- At least 5 years experience as an account manager in the fragrance industry or specialty chemicals
- Competence in olfactive and story telling skills (ability to define, recognize and memorize olfactive notes and fragrance language terms, and determine olfactive directions)
- Worked with global teams and managed important partner relationships through project management including a desire to grow the category by developing comprehensive Account and Category Strategies
- Fluency in English
