SITE COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities
• Plan work sequences to meet project requirements & execute project as per schedule
• Prepare method statements for safe execution of works
• Monitor and submit project progress report, ensuring works adhere to schedule and to mobilize resources accordingly to meet schedules
• Responsible for manpower planning and supervision of workers/subcontractors on site
• Supervision works include that of subcontractors and to resolve problems if any
• Ensure safe work operation on site and works carried out meet stipulated specifications and requirements
• Work closely with client, architects, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers and internal departments
• Liaising, coordinate and submission of documentation to relevant government authorities to ensure all necessary permits are granted
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with Structural background
• Min 3 – 5 years working experiences
• Proficient in MS office and knowledge of MS Project in an advantage
