- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Sales order processing
- Check availability with factory and advise delivery
- Process export documentation & invoicing
- Constantly have an updated order status
- Quote projects and edit customers’ copies
- Assist in invoicing and documenting
- Any other duties as assigned by the Back Office Manager
