Job description
- In charge of one full set of accounts including GL & financial reporting;
- AR controller & doubtful debt monitoring;
- GST report for filing;
- Perform monthly reconciliation of bank, AR, AP and inventory;
- Hands-on inventory management will be an added advantage;
- Strong analytical mind and operation sense in a fast pace environment
- Liaise with external stakeholders, customers, auditors, tax agents, etc
- Ad hoc duties
Requirement
- Candidate to possess a Diploma in accounting or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills ,
- Meticulous, well-organized, analytical, adaptable and matured individual with positive working attitude and high commitment ,
- Good understanding of accounting standards and tax requirement ,
- Proficient with MS Office application Hand-on experience in accounting software, Navision would be an advantage ,
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and / or Malay would be an advantage.
