Responsibilities:
- Oversee entire workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Liaise with respective manufacturer to resolve vehicle issues as and where necessary
- Attend to technical issues raised by customers and ensure that the issues are promptly resolved
- Track productivity and efficiency ratio to be in line with department's targets
- Plan and organize workshop operations in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements
- Ensure workshop facilities are well maintained meeting WHS requirements
- Fully conversant with all manufacturer technical literature and be able to coach and develop training programs for staff
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering with at least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Strong communicator with good problem solving and people management skills
- Possess a valid Class 3 driver’s licence
