5 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist Sous-Chef work in daily kitchen operation
* Cook meals according to recipe
* Ensure quality and safety of cooked meals
* Supervise team of Catering Assistants
* Responsible for kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
*Others duties assigned by Sous-Chef
Job Requirements:
* Min 2 year chef experience
* Hands-on experience cooking South Asian, Western and Local cuisines
* WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1, if available
* Able to work in shifts
