Position: Talent Partner
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
