Job description:
- To assist in keeping track / ordering of supplies for clinics
- To assist in cleaning / packing / sterilization of surgical instruments
- Registration of patients
- Manage the front desk, and handle patient’s / phone enquires
- E-filing of Insurance & Medisave claims for patient
- Preparation and dispensing of medicine
- Educate patients on the medication and procedures
- Assist doctor in bedside procedures
- Carry out duties assigned by clinic manager or the director
Requirements:
- Pleasant personality and willingness to provide excellent customer service to patients
- Prior clinic experience is an added advantage
