Pricing Analyst (Logistic / Supply chain)
This position is responsible for effective handling of Spot-Bid / Tenders from customers and aligning opportunities with the company’s strategic objectives
· Develop and propose pricing methodologies
· Conduct cost analyses for monitoring pricing landscape
· Update overall price schedule for profit calculation
· Prepare reporting material and present pricing analyses
· Work closely with the sales team to define pricing structure for company products
· Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestions
· Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
· At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in logistics, shipping or supply chain industry
· Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, V/H-Lookup and etc.)
· Knowledge of forwarding/supply chain business in managing an RFQ
· Strong analytical mind and a pronounced affinity for working with numbers
· Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines for multiple deadline bids in parallel
· Good communication and interpersonal skills to properly engage with country pricing teams of different cultural backgrounds
