Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment activities including job posting and preparation of employment letters
- Oversee application process for student pass and employment pass
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences of business
- Schedule and confirm appointments and business meetings
- Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in the admin and HR related field is required.
- Familiar with Work Pass/ Employment Pass online application transaction
- Familiar with Corppass
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to speak and type in English & Chinese in order to communicate with Chinese clients
- Able to start work in short notice period
