Job Responsibilities:
As part of trading platform support team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day trading related and other tasks that are assigned to you.
· Analyze defects, enhance, tune and maintain existing trading platforms.
· Investigate trading platform issues reported by users.
· Lead the projects and provide status updates on the progress.
· Conduct UAT test with users.
· Document systems manual.
· Any other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirement:
· Minimum of 2 years relevant trading platform support.
· Basic experience on network.
· Experience on Fidessa, GL and/or UL Link.
· Linux experience is an advantage.
· Domain knowledge of Securities and/or Derivatives broking is an advantage.
· Ability to work as a team player as well as an independent performer, possessing good communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
· Degree or Diploma in Computing Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
