Job Description
- Lead and motivate the warehousing team to achieve operational KPIs
- Collaborate with various departments to efficiently manage daily operations
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and order fulfilment
- Supervise warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and last-mile processes
- Ensure the health and safety of all warehouse staff
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse leadership roles, preferably in high-volume environment
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong understanding or experience in retail or e-commerce
- Experience with warehouse automation is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of responsibility
