VENUE EXECUTIVE (TEAM LEAD/ SUPERVISOR) FULL-TIME
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Possess a positive and cheerful personality;
- Honest, reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a store supervisory role.
- Possess a strong sense of customer service and great interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment with great multi-tasking skills.
- Comfortable interacting and engaging with all guests, making them feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Be readily accessible to guests, assist and advise guests on prize redemptions and game play.
- Collect and report guest feedback/reviews.
- Responsible for cashiering duties, accurately & responsibly
- Perform regular housekeeping, maintain cleanliness and hygenie of venue;
- Opening and closing duties as scheduled.
- Attend to other ad-hoc operations-related duties assigned;
- Willing to step in when extra help is needed or when operation needs dictate.
Due to the nature of our operations, you are also expected to be:
- Flexible and adaptable to varied shifts over all opening hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Have a flexible approach to working additional hours, as the need to cover for sickness/holidays may be necessary at times.
