Job Description:
- Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services with consultants and subcontractors on site.
- Check MEP drawings coordination for discrepancies with architectural & structural drawings.
- Ensure installations are carried out according to plans.
- Review M&E drawings and lookout for discrepancies between actual progress worksand approved drawings.
- Plan all drawings request to meet the submission deadline.
- Oversee all related M&E issues on site.
Requirements:
- Experienced in coordination and supervision of M&E services and/or building-related works for bungalows or semidetached houses in Singapore.
- Diploma in Industrial / Building Service Engineering / Construction or any relevant.
- M&E Certification.
