About Our Client

Global luxury hotel currently operates more than 100 hotels and resorts worldwide and is growing.

Job Description

  • Regional Creative Strategy - develop and execute creative strategies that aligned with the brand's global vision. Integrate brand message, aesthetics, and storytelling within the APAC market.
  • Regional and local culture understanding - demonstrate deep understanding of APAC region's diverse culture, trends, and consumer behaviours and customise the creative concepts and campaigns to resonate with local preferences.
  • Team leadership - build and lead a small team and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Art direction & design - provide clear direction to deliver high - quality visual and written content across various mediums and ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Good eyes on graphic design and aesthetics and taste.
  • Collaboration and Alignment - collaborate with cross - functional teams and regional stakeholders with business objectives and market - specific requirements
  • Creative skills: Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated understanding of APAC cultural nuances, market trends, and consumer preferences
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic mindset and ability to develop and execute creative strategies aligned with business objectives and regional requirements
  • Track record of managing creative projects from concept to execution, within time lines and budgets
  • Budget management, including resource allocation and vendor management
  • Analytical mindset, performance metrics and consumer insights to inform creative decisions

What's on Offer

  • Bachelor degree in visual communications, graphic design or related field
  • 8 years of experience in a creative management role with focus in APAC
  • Proven leadership skills, collaborating and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking in developing and executing creative strategies
  • Analysing performance metrics and consumer insights
  • Technical skills in creative and design software
  • Knowledge of luxury and lifestyle industry
