PURPOSE OF THE JOB
L Beauty is a Joint Venture between LVMH (French group) and Luxasia (Singaporean group) in charge of the distribution of 5 brands of LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics products in South-East Asia Local Markets (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore & Vietnam).
Within MAKE UP FOR EVER Brand, the Brand analyst is supporting the Regional Controller and Sales & Marketing team to provide accurate information to drive the business; she/he will be involved in various business controlling aspects of the brand and interacting often with the countries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain databases on Retail and Net Sales, and provide analysis

- Business reporting and controlling
- Deliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly Sell-in and Sell-out reports for the SEAO region.
- Timely tracking of retail and sales performance against targets, identifying gaps, and collaborating with teams to develop and implement action plans to meet targets.
- Coordinate and manage monthly net sales estimates, analyzing variances against the budget and reporting to headquarters.
- Deliver insightful monthly flash reports on business sales performance,
- Own standard reporting processes, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time while continuously seeking improvements.
- Prepare monthly management reports with detailed commentaries on variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Support regional and headquarters teams with ad hoc local reports.
- Deep dive on data analysis on sales trend, activation trend as required.
- Budget/Revised Budget/Landing/Strategy plan
- Assist the Business Controller in the forecast process for budgets, revised budgets, and projections, enhancing & refreshing templates.
- Perform detailed analysis on appropriate focuses on for the business (trend per door, sales seasonality, stock-holding, CAPEX…)
- Support the system upload.
- Consolidate part of the forecasting information when required.
- Joint responsibility with SEA Business Controller to maintain cost control for TH & SG, and to provide relevant reports and rationale.

- Participate in the implementation of finance / IT projects for the controlling function.
- Develop and track new business key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously improve operational processes by identifying areas for automation and standardization, enhancing cross-reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with brand managers, local controllers, and accounting teams to gather and analyze business requirements for various finance and regulatory initiatives.
- Be involved in monitoring Retail processes
- Be responsible for full stock take in Singapore boutique (prepare prior financial reconciliation, participate in the counting, ensure guidelines are followed, check system adjustments…)
- Ensure Retail Standard Operating Procedures are implemented and followed.
- Support Retail team on system flows understanding and business/financial impacts (interface…)
