Project Assistant

Alsecure International (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

  • Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing.
  • Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders
  • Prepare & Submit documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
  • Prepare & Submit sample for approval
  • Prepare & Planning project delivery schedule
  • Follow up with client and the consultants for approval
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
