- Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing.
- Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders
- Prepare & Submit documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Prepare & Submit sample for approval
- Prepare & Planning project delivery schedule
- Follow up with client and the consultants for approval
- Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
