We are looking for a talented creative designer who has in-depth knowledge of graphic design coupled with a creative flair who can execute marketing projects from conception to projection, covering aspects such as social media, print material, websites, product packaging and various marketing assets.
Job Description
- Conceptualise, design, and develop visually appealing design layouts and interactive elements for various digital and print mediums such as event posters, flyers, merch, EDMs, digital banners, video trailers to maximize open rates and click-through rates.
- Adapt / modify visual assets such as illustrations, icons, and graphics.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for design projects.
- Coordinate lifestyle photo shoots and curate mood boards to visually.
- Capture high-quality photographs that showcase products, events, and other relevant subjects for marketing purposes.
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand portfolio, vision, and target audience, infusing fresh and innovative ideas into visual concepts.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Requirement
- Min. Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or related design field.
- At least 7 years of experience in graphic design for FMCG, luxury goods, F&B or retail companies. Past employment at F&B or retail business would be preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and impactful design concepts.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or CapCut.
- Basic video editing skillset a must (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Basic packaging design skillset is an advantage.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition, digital and social media best practices.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude, self-motivated, and willingness to learn and grow.
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Able to start work immediate or within a short notice period will be preferred.
