Senior Architect
Roles & Responsibilities
· To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities' requirements and standards.
· Project Management, coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects assigned
· Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
· Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
· Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team
· Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes
· Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues
· To carry out supervision of architectural and related works;
· To manage the Project, including progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, environment, health and safety control, etc;
· To monitor and coordinate architectural works by Contractors to facilitate TOP, project completion, handover and CSC inspections;
· To report any critical and/or major issues and propose possible solutions
· To resolve technical and/or interfacing issues with Stakeholders, Consultants Team, Contractors and Direct Contract Vendors;
· Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements
· Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members
Requirements
· Degree in Architectural from recognized tertiary institution
· Minimum 4 years post graduate experience
· Good organizational and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as a team
· Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission process and guidelines
· Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup
