Job Description:
- Develops and leads consumer and brand learning plans, overseeing the execution and findings of research studies.
- Enhances company-wide awareness of key developments.
- Identifies, plans, and executes projects/campaigns for brand development.
- Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of each project/launch.
- Manages service partners and cultivates strong relationships with key media for significant events/activities.
- Supports the Head of Marketing in delivering brand campaigns aligned with business strategy, market goals, and organizational objectives.
- Executes company marketing communication initiatives in line with brand positioning and philosophy.
- Oversees strategic planning and ensures timely execution of the overall Marketing Calendar.
- Develops promotional programs and manages the marketing budget.
- Supervises the planning and execution of market research.
- Collaborates with in-house or external design agencies for design execution.
- Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of each project/launch.
- Manages press releases, speeches, marketing collateral, articles, corporate videos, brochures, and presentation materials.
- Provides guidance to plan and coordinate campaigns and communications through all launch and maintenance phases, including reporting, analysis, and optimization.
- Collaborates with other departments, such as Operations, Projects, Procurement, and Finance teams, for campaign delivery and project implementation.
- Generates monthly marketing reports for Management review.
