Regional Communication Manager / Assistant Manager, Asia Pacific

Job Overview:


Join our dynamic team as a Communication Manager / Assistant Manager, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s presence through adept handling of both internal and external communications aligned with our global objectives. This role requires the incumbent to thrive in a multinational environment and has experience in financial institutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive communication plans.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure alignment with corporate goals, and craft external communications to elevate our market presence.
  • Maintain close collaboration with our headquarters and APR countries to ensure consistency in brand messaging and strategic alignment.
  • Produce high-quality communication materials and oversee their distribution across various channels.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate communications, particularly within the trade credit insurance or financial services industries.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in internal communications within financial institutions, with substantial familiarity with multinational corporate cultures.
  • Proven expertise in the following tools:
  1. Ibexa: For content management across digital platforms.
  2. Eloqua: For advanced email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation.
  3. Adobe Pro: For creating and managing professional documents and marketing materials.
  4. PlayPlay: For video content creation and editing.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing cross-functional projects in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience with crisis management, public relations, and executing global communication campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
