Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to monitor industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and enhance brand awareness among targeted demographics
  • Product Marketing: Devise and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, Business Development, etc., to ensure the integrated marketing efforts align with the product roadmap
  • Public Relations Management: Craft press releases, oversee media publication strategies, and monitor public sentiment to maintain a positive brand image
  • Website and Lead Management: Manage the company’s official website, execute SEO initiatives, and ensure smooth lead generation and nurturing processes
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms, spearhead creative production (including text, images, videos, etc.), and foster community engagement and growth
  • Client Relationships Management: Utilize CRM systems to generate insightful reports; orchestrate Email Direct Marketing (EDM) campaigns; and disseminate company updates to strengthen client relationships and trust
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Organize online webinars and offline events (e.g., exhibitions, workshops, social gatherings) through effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Marketing Collateral and Brand Management: Create, maintain, and update corporate marketing materials. Develop and implement brand guidelines to ensure a consistent identity across all channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations, preferably in the Financial Services sector
  • Proven writing and editorial expertise in online media, including proficiency in press releases and social media content creation
  • Excellent command of English, both in writing and verbal communication. Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage
  • Outstanding time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
