Responsibilities:
Assist Accounting Managers for monthly closing, auditing and so on.
Handle accounting matters related to one business unit
Prepares corporate income tax with tax agent
Supports in electronic approval system user’s enquiries, change request, etc.
Assist in various audits
Handle/Manage time to time requests from the Managers
Assume other related supporting roles and duties which may be assigned, including the covering of other Finance & Accounting staff’s duties in her/his absence
Requirements:A Diploma and/or Degree in Accounting/Finance or Equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong working knowledge of accounting/general ledger/book-keeping
Ability to organize and prioritize work and possess good time management skills
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word/Excel-know V look-up & pivot table)
Experience in using SAP R3 is an advantage
Ability to work independently and a good team player
Able to communicate and work well with people at all levels
Professional, independent, initiative and hands-on with a high level of commitment to deliver work on time
