Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify and assess potential opportunities within the assigned region.
- Generate qualified leads through proactive prospecting, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing various marketing channels.
- Lead the development and delivery of compelling presentations and proposals that effectively articulate the value proposition of our products or services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and potential partners across the region.
- Negotiate and close significant deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Manage and develop a robust regional sales pipeline, monitoring progress and ensuring timely deal closures.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that drive market reach, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales collateral specifically tailored to the regional market.
- Lead and mentor a team of regional sales representatives (optional, adjust based on structure).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
- Travel as required to attend industry events, network with potential partners, and meet with clients.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in international markets.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful regional growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of the industry in the designated region and its competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a multicultural awareness.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and additional language(s) relevant to the regional market ie Philippines, Thailand and/or ASEAN countries.
- Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivity.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
