- It is an opportunity for an experienced Performance Management Associate to join their team
- This will start off as a 12 months contract
The Job
Drive performance management support and initiatives for all Distribution channels. Drive process improvement initiatives, such as automation and streamlining of reports and data extraction.
- Deliver timely and accurate management and production reports and dashboards.
- Lead preparation of campaign performance management trackers with delivery of timely campaign reports.
- Maintain efficacy of existing performance management tools
- Support manager to review, identify and implement enhanced and automated processes for Distribution department.
- Support Distribution Channels’ data needs.
- Deliver on-going monitoring of strategic initiatives and post-initiative analysis.
- Participate in projects & UAT as required.
The Talent
- 2-4 years of experience in performance management or management reporting role.
- Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong MS Office skills; Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Financial Modelling/ Projections, Macros, Data Visualization).
- Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders of all seniority.
- Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
