We are looking for enthusiastic residents to join our team as Food Service Associates. The ideal candidates will prepare and assemble food according to the menu, deliver dishes to customers, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. This role is vital in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately assemble food items according to the menu specifications.
- Deliver prepared dishes to customers' tables promptly and courteously.
- Clean and sanitize tables and dining areas after customers have left.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and set up the dish-out station for efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels, report shortages (if any) to the supervisor, and receive deliveries.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and perform repetitive tasks.
