We are looking for Clinic Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry
Job Description:
- Handle front desk duties like greeting patients, answering phone calls, and managing appointments.
- Assist healthcare professionals in patient care procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Escort patients to examination rooms and help with basic procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as patient registration and billing.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by clinic management
Requirement:
- Minimum āNā, āOā levels / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
- Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply
