1. Business Development Responsibilities
a) Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunity and industry trade within European market.
- Analyse competitor and their strategies to understand market dynamics specific to Europe.
b) Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans tailored to the European market.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities within Europe.
c) Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders across Europe.
- Identify client need and propose tailored solution to meet their requirements within the European context.
d) Proposal and Bid Management
- Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and tenders for new projects in Europe.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with European clients and partners.
e) Sales and Marketing
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote services in Europe.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows across Europe.
2. Operations Responsibilities
a) Project Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects in Europe.
- Ensure project are delivered on time, within budget and meet European quality standards.
b) Resource Management
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization across European projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution in Europe.
c) Technical Support
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and clients within Europe.
- Troubleshooting and resolve technical issue that arise during project execution in Europe.
d) Stakeholder Communication
- Communication effectively with internal and external stakeholder to ensure transparency and alignment within Europe.
- Provide regular updates on project status and business development activities in Europe.
Requirements:
- European citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / chemical engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales / Business development.
- Proficiency in both German (Deutsch) and English languages.
- Flexible to be based in Germany and other European countries.
- Strong analytical abilities and adept decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate all level within organization.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration capabilities, both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals.
- Ability to foster strong relationships from cross-functional and multi-cultural group.
