Responsibilities:
- 70% Farming, 30% Hunting
- Develop Key Account Plan & Strategies – Sales, Trade Activities
- Responsible for making the annual sales & profit target and A&P expenses
- Drive plans, implementation and execution for assigned accounts
- Manage distribution growth of assigned accounts
- A&P management to maximize ROI
- Formulate new product listing strategies
- Inventory forecast/management
- Strong understanding of market/consumer demands and adapting accordingly
- Build strong rapport with client to be top of mind for any initiatives
- Lead customer negotiations on commercial strategy
- Lead and inspire the sales team
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry (Household goods/consumer goods/baby-care goods), preferably with experience in e-commerce channel
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Centre is an advantage
- Possess driving license and own vehicle is an advantage
