Responsibilities
- Drive company sales growth and profitability by leveraging creative selling techniques, teamwork, and exceptional customer service to ensure an engaging customer experience.
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and expert advice, managing the customer database effectively.
- Demonstrate a strong focus on style and design, contributing to the visual and aesthetic appeal of the store.
- Develop and share in-depth product knowledge to create compelling client proposals.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging clients with storytelling and hosting them in-store.
- Participate in daily shop operations, including the preparation and shipping of online and local orders.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.
- Follow established procedures for daily opening and closing sales activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- No prior work experience required.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- Availability to work on one weekend.
- Minimum O’ level qualifications.
- Interest in leather or leather related will be plus point
