Job Description:
- Expat Support
- Provide support relating to all Korean Expatriates matters
- Personal assistant to Managing Director for travel arrangement, expenses & claims and any ad-hoc request
- Arrange expat welfare and benefit (housing, credit card, mobile phone, car, child school matter, medical, travel, expenses & claims etc)
- Office Admin
- Office Supplies: Monthly pantry/stationery replenishment, quarterly business card requisition etc)
- Travel Management: oversee and liaise with corporate travel agent, monitor air ticket booking & issuance and visa application for business trip
- Invoice/Expense Claim Management: timely processing of all vendor invoices and staff claims; check and update payment status when requested
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any fields of studies
- At least 2-3 years experience in office administration, general affair or HR admin
