Job Responsibilities
- Support Deputy General Manager with administrative tasks.
- Handle procurement and office supply management.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Administer tender processes.
- Manage staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Prepare and manage summons and arrears.
- Oversee team to ensure excellent customer service for walk-in residents.
- Manage inbound calls and feedback.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience with strong customer service skills.
