1) Overall in charge of the site Precast Yard production, scheduling and planning
2) Oversee, coordinate day to day operations in the precast concrete activities and ensure that daily site operations is carried out smoothly
3) Able to lead a team to comply and fulfill stringent precast yard requirements
4) Able to relate and communicate with clients, vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth site oprations
5) Responsible for trouble-shooting on technical issue on site
