About this Role: -
The main responsibility of the Logistics Coordinator is to monitor shipments, track items, coordinate deliveries, complete custom clearance procedures, negotiate logistics costs, ensure stock accuracy with RFID systems, handle documentation, and implement cost reduction principles in warehouse transactions.
Overview: -
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
- Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Monthly Base Salary: Up to $3300
- Additional of Monthly Fixed Allowance
- AWS (13th month) + Variable bonuses
Your Responsibilities: -
- Monitor shipments and project deliveries to ensure timely arrival of items
- Complete all procedures for custom clearance
- Negotiate and manage logistic costs to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Ensure effective cycle counting and stock accuracy with RFID systems
- Implement cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities
Requirements: -
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience
- Forklift Licence (an added advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and RFID systems
- Ability to start work within a short notice
