Responsibilities :
- Provide tenancy support by:making property lists
attend to property viewings
assist with property handover and hand back
preparation of tenancy contracts and renewals
arranging repair work as and when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements :
- Min 1-2 years of working experience as a licensed property agent
- Possess CEA RES license
- Possess a class 3 drivers license
- Able to commit to work on Saturdays
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Driven to consistently and exceed goals by management
- Proficiency in Japanese would be an added advantage
