Responsibilities:
- Carry out project development and design tasks complying with client specifications, including equipment sizing and selection.
- Understand and identify the scopes of HVAC work tasks.
- Conduct site assessments, measurements, and participate in pre-bid if necessary.
- Attend tender explanations and interviews as needed and develop project strategy, budget, and timeline.
- Work together with the relevant parties to prepare project proposals, contracts, and bidding submissions and explanations.
- Create quotes and follow up on service retrofit work.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain bids and meet needs.
- Keep track of unit costs and estimation records with all the projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering and/or Building field.
- Prior working experience in HVAC/ACMV.
- Good knowledge of the different types of HVAC Systems and it’s components.
